  • Your goals (aesthetic, performance, lifestyle)

  • Your barriers / things you're struggling with

  • Next steps

For your call, please ensure you:

  • Have Zoom downloaded on your laptop/phone ready to join the call 5 minutes before your allotted time.

  • Are in a quiet, private space with good wifi

  • Are not out walking or in the car
